Broccoli Quiche

300 g broccoli |
Pastry
2 glasses of flour |
Directions:Pastry: - Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Prepare the pastry – cut butter to little cubes, add flour and a bit of cold water. Mix with hands until even. If possible put in fridge for 30 minutes. Press pastry into a quiche dish 12 minutes in oven. Filling: - Saute bacon for a qouple of minutes on a skillet. Remove bacon and add chopped broccoli, onions and bell pepper. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are soft. Layer broccoli mixture on bacon and cover with eggs/cream mixture. Bake at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes, or until the custard has completely set. |
