400 g minced meat |
Pastry
2 glasses of flour |
Directions:Pastry: - Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Prepare the pastry – cut butter to little cubes, add a bit cream, flour and mix with hands until even. If possible put in fridge for 30 minutes. Press pastry into a quiche dish Filling: - Stew grated carrots and minced meat on a skillet for 15-20 minutes, add chopped onion a bit later. Place the mixture on a pastry and cover with eggs/cream mixture. Bake at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes, or until the custard has completely set. |
