2 onions
2 paprika (bell peppers)
300 g minced meat
100 g leek
300 g sour cream
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
+ pepper |
Pastry
2 glasses of flour
150 g butter
3-4 tablespoons of water
pinch of salt

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
2. Prepare the pastry – cut butter to little cubes, add a bit cream, flour and mix with hands until even.
3. Cook minced meat in a skillet until brownish.
4. Cook chopped onion and leek till golden.
5. Press pastry into a quiche dish (24cm – 28cm) and bake for 10 minutes in oven.
6. Cover plate with filling.
6. In a separate small bowl, beat together eggs and cream, add salt and pepper and pour the mixture over the plate.
7. Bake at 220 degrees C for 35-40 minutes, or until the custard has completely set. Optional: might add some cheese crumbs when ready. |
