Potato, minced meat, onion

Ingredients:

Filling

300 g minced meat
600 g potatoes
2 onion
Eggs/cream mixture:
3 eggs
200 g cream (either sour cream or cream cheese)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Pastry

2 glasses of flour
150 g butter
3-4 tablespoons of water
pinch of salt

Directions:

Pastry:

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Prepare the pastry – cut butter to little cubes, add flour and a bit of cold water. Mix with hands until even. If possible put in fridge for 30 minutes. Press pastry into a quiche dish (24cm – 28cm) and pre-bake for 12 minutes in oven.

Filling:

- Boil potatoes for 15 minutes. Saute minced meat and chopped onion on a skillet, until all the meat is brown. Place minced meat mixture and potato slices on the pastry and cover with eggs/cream mixture. Bake at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes, or until the custard has completely set.
