300 g minced meat |
Pastry
2 glasses of flour |
Directions:Pastry: - Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Prepare the pastry – cut butter to little cubes, add flour and a bit of cold water. Mix with hands until even. If possible put in fridge for 30 minutes. Press pastry into a quiche dish Filling: - Boil potatoes for 15 minutes. Saute minced meat and chopped onion on a skillet, until all the meat is brown. Place minced meat mixture and potato slices on the pastry and cover with eggs/cream mixture. Bake at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes, or until the custard has completely set. |
