250 g salmon Eggs/cream mixture: |
Pastry
2 glasses of flour |
Directions:Pastry: - Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Prepare the pastry – cut butter to little cubes, add a bit cream, flour and mix with hands until even. If possible put in fridge for 30 minutes. Press pastry into a quiche dish Filling: - Saute chopped onion on a skillet until golden. Cover pastry with salmon, onion and dill. Cover with eggs/cream mixture. Bake at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes, or until the custard has completely set. |
