Smoked Salmon Quiche
Smoked salmon, onion, dill
Ready in 1 hr (20 min preparation + 40 min cooking)

250 g salmon
2 glasses of flour
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Prepare the pastry – cut butter to little cubes, add a bit cream, flour and mix with hands until even. If possible put in fridge for 30 minutes. Press pastry into a quiche dish (24cm – 28cm) and pre-bake for 12 minutes in oven.
- Saute chopped onion on a skillet until golden. Cover pastry with salmon, onion and dill. Cover with eggs/cream mixture. Bake at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes, or until the custard has completely set.
