<p>- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Prepare the pastry &#8211; cut butter to little cubes, add a bit cream, flour and mix with hands until even. If possible put in fridge for 30 minutes. <p><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">- Saute bacon and chopped onion on a skillet. Place half of the onion on the pastry, then cover with half of apple slices and some bacon. Repeat the order onion, apple, bacon and cover the plate with eggs/cream mixture. Bake at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes, or until the custard has completely set.</span></td>

Cook, stirring frequently, until mushrooms first release their liquid and then liquid evaporates and mushrooms are dark golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Place bacon slices on the pastry then cover with half of the mushrooms mixture. Now place on the blue cheese slices and rest of the mushrooms. Pour on the eggs/cream mixture. Bake at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes, or until the custard has completely set.</span></td>
