<h3><strong>Directions:</strong></h3>
<p>1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.<br />
2. Prepare the pastry &#8211; cut butter to little cubes, add a bit cream, flour and mix with hands until even.<br />
3. Saute chopped leek for few minutes in skillet, add spinach, stir until spinach is dry.<br />
4. Add cottage cheese and feta cubes and cook for 5 minutes.<br />
5. Press pastry into a <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0016N1TPA?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=quicheblog04-20&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;camp=1789&#038;creative=390957&#038;creativeASIN=B0016N1TPA">quiche dish</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=quicheblog04-20&#038;l=as2&#038;o=1&#038;a=B0016N1TPA" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" /> (24cm &#8211; 28cm) and bake for 10 minutes in oven.<br />
6. Sprinkle blue cheese over crust, top with spinach mixture, pour over with beaten eggs and cream mixture.<br />
7. Bake at 200 degrees C for 35-40 minutes, or until the custard has completely set.</td>
